옅은 황금빛이 잔에 맑게 어린다. 오크니 섬의 스카파가 2003년에 채워 퍼스트필 배럴에서 열두 해를 보낸 증류소 한정 보틀링이다. 꿀과 바닐라, 잘 익은 배의 향이 부드럽게 피어오른다. 그 뒤로 크림과 옅은 소금기가 따라온다. 58.5도의 힘 위로 보리 단맛과 크림, 옅은 소금기가 매끄럽게 번진다. 둥글고 달큰한 끝맛이 잔잔하게 이어진다.
