테이스팅 노트
잔을 가볍게 돌리면 스페이사이드 증류소의 맑은 황금빛이 잔 벽을 따라 매끄럽게 흐른다. 코를 가져가면 호그스헤드 숙성이 빚은 잘 익은 사과와 바닐라, 옅은 꿀 향이 산뜻하게 퍼진다. 한 모금 머금으면 46도의 순한 기운이 혀를 부드럽게 적시고 시트러스와 보리의 단맛이 깔끔하게 번진다. 16년 숙성을 따라가듯 삼키면 과수원 과일의 청량함이 혀끝에 남는다.
