향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
잔을 가볍게 흔들면 1991년 스페이사이드 증류소가 30년을 보낸 맑은 황금빛을 드리운다. 코끝에 가져가면 버번 호그스헤드에서 길러낸 꿀과 잘 익은 배, 바닐라의 향이 단정하게 올라온다. 한 모금 머금으면 44.5도의 둥근 질감이 혀를 감싸며 시트러스 껍질과 보리 단맛, 가벼운 향신료가 번진다. 천천히 삼키면 30년 숙성다운 부드러운 과일 향과 옅은 오크가 혀끝에 잔잔히 잠겨 있다.

yep, naturally. Bread, sawdust, vanilla, barley, hand cream. What you can get out of some super-young malt whisky from Speyside and some good modern wood. We shall call it ‘gristy’
restaurant 맛 (팔레트)
of course it’s good, of course. Malt, vanilla, shortbread, stout, burnt caramel, apple pie, corn syrup. Really, it’s good, but a tad soulless. Some kind of ueber-blend, perhaps, fighting in the same category as that of Cardhu, Knockando, Glenlivet, Monkey Shoulder, and ‘stuff’. High volume, I hope!
