테이스팅 노트
노즈는 카올일라 특유의 정제된 피트 스모크를 중심으로 열리며, 레몬 껍질과 바닷가 소금기가 또렷하게 따라온다. 27년의 시간이 거친 연기를 둥글게 다듬어 팰럿에서는 올리브 오일 같은 기름기와 백후추가 발전한다. 52.2도의 도수는 단단하면서도 매끄럽다. 피니시는 식어가는 재와 은은한 감귤이 길게 이어져 구조감이 또렷하다.
