같은 아일라라도 남쪽 해안의 약재 같은 성격이 이 1984년 캐스크에는 유난히 강하다. 짙은 금빛 잔에서 박하와 장뇌, 유칼립투스가 서늘하게 열리고 시트론과 자몽의 날 선 산미가 뒤따른다. 52.4도의 맛은 소금물과 안초비를 떠올리게 할 만큼 짜고, 귤 마멀레이드와 해바라기유가 기름진 층을 만든다. 여운은 길고 두껍다.
