향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
엑스 라이 위스키 캐스크에서 6년을 보낸 시간이 빠른 숙성으로 이름난 인도 암룻의 몰트에 매콤한 향신료의 결을 새겨 넣었다. 코에는 잘 익은 망고와 정향, 옅은 후추가 솟는다. 입에서는 꿀과 캐러멜의 단맛 위로 라이에서 온 후추와 시나몬이 62.4도의 강한 힘을 타고 빽빽하게 번진다. 깊은 황금빛의 이 보틀링은 열대 과일과 향신료, 오크의 여운을 길고 강하게 남긴다.

this is much less exotic on the nose, much, much closer to Scottish malt whisky. Actually, to Japanese malt whisky. Unusual notes of ham and geranium, grenadine, Turkish delights, bubblegum and then much more oak and vanilla, Japanese-style. Something ‘modern’
restaurant 맛 (팔레트)
very powerful at 46%, a good step above the older version at 40% but it’s also very, very bubblegummy (Haribos galore). Good oakiness. Turkish delights again, strawberry drops, white pepper from the wood and orange cake
timer 피니시
long and unexpectedly salty, but there’s too much oak, which is a little bizarre in such a young whisky. I’m 100% sure they did not use oak chips/extracts, that is! Must be the climate…
