테이스팅 노트
맑은 황금빛이 잔 안에서 따뜻하게 빛나며 꿀 같은 윤기를 띤다. 하이랜드 애버펠디 특유의 진한 꿀 풍미가 오래된 오크 캐스크에서 온 바닐라와 잘 익은 사과와 어우러져 코끝에 부드럽게 번진다. 46도의 단정한 도수 덕에 입안은 매끄럽게 흐르며 헤더 꿀과 캐러멜, 시트러스의 단맛이 겹겹이 쌓인다. 1991년 증류된 15년 숙성의 원숙한 균형이 도드라지며, 애버펠디 고유의 꿀 같은 부드러움이 인상적이다. 여러 블렌드의 심장이라 불리는 애버펠디다운 진한 꿀의 개성이 인상적이다. 여운에는 꿀과 따뜻한 오크 향신료가 길게 맴돈다.
