잔을 천천히 돌리면 애버펠디의 1970년 원액이 옅은 황금빛으로 잔에 부드럽게 잠긴다. 코를 가져가면 헤더 꿀과 잘 익은 사과, 옅은 견과 향이 우아하게 올라온다. 잔을 더 흔들면 시리얼과 향긋한 꽃 향이 따라온다. 한 모금 머금으면 40도의 순한 술이 애버펠디 특유의 꿀 단맛과 부드러운 보리를 혀에 얹는다. 삼킨 뒤에는 헤더 꿀의 따뜻하고 둥근 여운이 잔잔히 이어진다.
