하이랜드 퍼스셔의 부드러운 시냇물 풍토에서 어버펠디가 15년을 보냈다. 잔에는 짙은 호박빛이 머문다. 코끝에는 어버펠디 특유의 헤더 꿀과 시트러스 껍질, 흰꽃, 가벼운 바닐라의 향이 두드러진다. 입에서는 1991년 어버펠디 플로라 앤 파우나 보틀링의 묵직한 꿀 단맛과 살구, 헤이즐넛, 약간의 시나몬이 부드럽게 어우러진다. 43도의 균형 잡힌 강도가 긴 꿀과 시트러스 여운으로 마무리된다.
