테이스팅 노트
노즈에서는 캐퍼도닉 특유의 가벼운 과수원 과일과 옅은 꿀, 마른 풀 향이 명확하게 드러난다. 18년 숙성한 호그스헤드가 바닐라와 시트러스의 깊이를 단정하게 더한다. 입에서는 48도의 도수가 잘 익은 배와 보리 단맛, 옅은 향신료를 부드럽게 밀어낸다. 폐쇄증류소다운 절제된 캐릭터가 균형을 단단하게 잡는다. 피니시는 마른 오크와 맥아 단맛이 잔잔히 이어진다. 1995년 치프턴스의 정갈한 스파이사이드다.
