스페이사이드 로데스 마을 깊은 골짜기 닫힌 캐퍼도닉 증류소가 1972년 증류한 원액이 37년의 긴 시간을 견뎠다. 시냇물 옆 잔잔한 풍토가 결에 부드러움을 새겼다. 잔에는 진한 호박빛이 잠겨 있고 노즈에는 잘 익은 사과, 들꽃 꿀, 묵은 견과의 향이 깊게 머문다. 입에 들어오면 56.5도의 알코올과 함께 노란 자두, 바닐라, 마른 향신료의 풍미가 두꺼운 질감으로 흐른다. 여운은 잘 익은 과일과 묵은 오크로 길게 이어진다.
