향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
화이트와인빛이 잔 안에서 투명하게 빛난다. 향은 풀과 요오드로 가득하고 젖은 트위드 재킷, 그리고 더없이 날 선 레몬즙이 코를 곧게 가른다. 생아몬드의 고소함이 그 사이를 겨우 메운다. 57.7도의 입은 칼처럼 베고 지나가며 레몬과 루바브, 덜 익은 자몽의 산미를 몰아친다. 나무의 흔적이 거의 없어 1995년 원액이 시간에만 다듬어진 모습이 드러난다. 여운은 길고 정밀하게, 면도날처럼 날카롭게 이어진다.
