향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
노즈에서는 부싯돌과 백악, 레몬이 앞서고 풀 냄새가 섞인 연기와 약재 뉘앙스가 뒤따른다. 물을 더하면 풋사과와 거친 에일, 붕대 쪽으로 향이 발전한다. 팰럿은 바닷물에 리몬첼로를 섞은 듯한 구성에 니스 같은 날카로움이 살짝 얹히고 연기가 한층 공격적으로 드러난다. 피니시는 길고 소금기가 입술에 남을 만큼 강하다. 54.4도 버번 호그스헤드에서 17년을 보낸 1991년 원액이다.
