테이스팅 노트
30년 숙성이 만든 3차 향이 노즈 전체를 지배한다. 소나무 정유와 젖은 외투, 버섯과 고사리, 이끼가 차례로 명확하게 드러나며 이런 결은 충분한 시간 없이는 나오지 않는다. 물을 더하면 약재 쪽으로 방향이 확실해진다. 52.9도의 팰럿은 부드럽기보다 팽팽하고 솔향과 레몬이 날카롭게 진입한 뒤 쓴 허브와 뿌리로 전개된다. 물에 잘 반응하지만 과하면 응집력이 흐트러진다. 피니시는 길고 훈연과 허브가 함께 남는다.
