화이트와인빛이 잔 속에 옅게 잠겨 있다. 밀랍과 파라핀이 먼저 열리고 무르익은 사과와 고둥, 조개의 바닷내가 뒤를 잇는다. 32년의 시간이 피트를 거의 사라질 듯 부드럽게 눌러 놓았다. 49.5도의 술은 둥글고 꿀처럼 매끈하며 홍합 요리와 시트론 리큐어를 떠올리게 하는데, 물을 더하면 재와 소금기, 올리브의 해양성이 다시 돌아온다. 여운은 굴과 잿내, 레몬을 거쳐 밀랍으로 돌아온다.
