테이스팅 노트
볏짚빛이 잔 안에서 얇게 흔들린다. 향은 낯선 방향으로 열려 콘크리트 먼지와 찻잎, 풋내 도는 가죽이 차례로 떠오른다. 물을 더하면 젖은 흙과 씁쓸한 녹차가 깊게 머문다. 56.2도의 술은 입안에서 다소 거칠고 풀내가 강하지만 깊이와 날카로움을 함께 지녔고, 훈연한 감초의 짠 단맛이 중심을 잡는다. 1984년 증류액이 오랜 세월을 견딘 여운은 달게 우린 훈제 차의 향으로 남는다.
