연한 황금빛이 잔 벽을 타고 느리게 흘러내린다. 팔월의 마른 건초와 갓 빚은 맥아즙, 흙내가 부드럽게 열리며 버터의 둥근 결이 뒤를 받친다. 스물아홉 해를 지난 원액은 민트와 딜, 라임과 레몬그라스로 날이 서 있고 석회와 후추, 감초의 훈연이 뒤엉킨다. 여운은 훈제 청어와 날카로운 레몬으로 길게 남는다.
