향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
잔을 가까이 하면 레몬과 꿀, 흰 꽃의 가벼운 향이 명확하게 드러난다. 이미 사라진 로우랜드 증류소 리틀밀의 1990년 빈티지는 20년 숙성에도 산뜻한 결을 유지한다. 입에서는 46도의 도수가 부드럽게 흐르며 시트러스와 보리 단맛, 옅은 바닐라가 또렷하게 발전한다. 가벼운 로우랜드 스타일답게 구조가 단정하고 균형이 깔끔하다. 피니시는 흰 꽃과 미네랄의 드라이한 여운이 길지 않게 마무리된다.

interesting, it’s not so much one of these recent indie Littemills (many are great!), rather something akin to the last official 12, with some cardboard, dust, butter and beer at first nosing. The good news is that it keeps improving after that, with more lemon and tea, but there’s always this big yeastiness that’s a little disturbing – to me. The dust didn’t go away either
restaurant 맛 (팔레트)
rather better, with that candied citrusnesss (citrusity?) that’s often to be found in the good Littlemills and nice touches of liquorice and maybe Chartreuse. Some barley sugar as well, cornbread, even that very sweet blackish bread that our German friends call pumpernickel… Really, nice palate
