테이스팅 노트
서른다섯 해를 지나고도 빛은 화이트 와인처럼 옅다. 레몬과 버터가 먼저, 이어 타르와 젖은 신문지, 생조개의 짠내가 겹쳐 오른다. 입에서는 라임즙과 레몬밤, 민트가 피트를 타고 날카롭게 뻗다가 감초 뿌리와 매스틱 껌으로 두꺼워진다. 카덴헤드 175주년 보틀링의 여운은 송진과 소금, 레몬 마멀레이드로 길게 이어진다.

A tad sourer and more lemony and buttery, without the exceptional crispiness that the 1966 displayed. Some tarry notes, still. With water: gets very tarry now, and more maritime as well. Loads of fresh almonds and raw clams. Wet newspapers
