노즈는 폐쇄된 로랜드 리틀밀 특유의 가볍고 꽃 같은 향으로 시작한다. 21년 숙성을 거친 만큼 레몬과 꿀, 옅은 풀향이 명확하게 드러나며 로랜드다운 섬세함이 느껴진다. 55.4도의 팰럿은 시트러스 단맛과 보리, 가벼운 향신료가 단단한 구조로 발전한다. 피니시는 레몬 껍질과 오크가 중간 길이로 이어지며, 사라진 증류소의 산뜻한 개성이 또렷이 깃들어 있다.

slightly different now, we have rather less wormwood and other herbs, while the candied citrus fruits got comparatively a little louder. It's also a notch thicker and creamier, but that could be the extra 0.7%. Just kidding

long, a notch more on straw wine than on Sauternes but hey, I may well be trying to be smart
