테이스팅 노트
33년이라는 긴 숙성에도 노즈는 무겁지 않고 오히려 사탕처럼 밝다. 과일 젤리와 모과 페이스트, 바나나 처트니가 앞서고 그 뒤로 소나무 수지와 장뇌, 붕대 같은 약재 뉘앙스가 발전한다. 버번 호그스헤드가 남긴 마지팬의 결도 또렷이 깃들어 있다. 58.2도의 팰럿은 카시스와 파인애플, 망고의 열대 과실이 쏟아지듯 이어지고 물을 더하면 바닷물과 조개의 짠맛으로 방향을 튼다. 피니시는 중간 길이로 멘톨과 초록 후추가 남는다.
