화이트와인빛이 잔 속에서 투명하게 흔들린다. 자몽과 라임의 상큼함이 먼저 올라와 코코넛의 단내로 이어지고, 물을 더하면 석유와 갓 칠한 타르가 단숨에 터져 나온다. 64.4도의 술은 입안에서 약재 같은 시트러스와 매운 후추, 쓴 파라핀을 밀어붙인다. 1978년 증류 원액이 트러플과 랍상소우총, 바질의 작은 결로 풀린다. 여운은 아주 길고 소금기가 짙게 남는다.
