1974년 증류해 21년을 보낸 이 카데나스 보틀링은 노즈부터 강도가 남다르다. 거친 이탄과 올리브유, 벤 풀의 향이 한꺼번에 밀려들고 타르와 소금물, 조개, 시칠리아 레몬이 차례로 두드러진다. 물을 더하면 피시소스와 멸치, 석탄 화덕 같은 짙은 감칠맛으로 발전한다. 58.4도의 팰럿은 자갈과 광물이 뒤엉킨 두꺼운 질감으로 흐르며 구조감이 압도적이다. 피니시는 아주 길고 재와 요오드가 오래도록 남는다.
