테이스팅 노트
볏짚색이 잔 속에 잔잔히 잠겨 있다. 1974년에 증류해 1995년에 병입한 이 카올 일라는 사과주와 생사과즙의 풋풋함 위로 디젤유와 삼베, 해초의 바닷내가 겹친다. 물을 더하면 장뇌향이 크게 열린다. 입에서는 크림 같은 질감과 레몬 마멀레이드, 망고 처트니의 단맛이 올리브유의 기름기와 얽히고, 58.2도의 힘이 그 뒤를 밀어 올린다. 여운은 라임과 연기로 아주 길게 남는다.
