포트 아스케이그 부둣가의 바람은 늘 바다 쪽에서 불어온다. 1984년 증류돼 25년을 보낸 이 병입은 밀짚빛에 가깝다. 처음엔 바닐라와 딸기 같은 단내가 앞서지만 가수하면 마른 풀과 건초 쪽으로 돌아선다. 54.3도의 입안은 순한 피트와 자몽, 바닷물의 짠맛으로 이어지고 여운엔 소금 버터 캐러멜이 남는다.
