테이스팅 노트
노즈에서는 호그스헤드에서 온 바닐라와 꿀, 시트러스 향이 가장 먼저 두드러지고 보리의 고소함이 뒤를 잇는다. 폐쇄된 임페리얼 증류소의 1995년 20년산은 사라진 스페이사이드 몰트의 결을 잘 보여준다. 팰럿은 56.3도의 도수에도 매끄럽게 흐르며 잘 익은 과실과 가벼운 향신료, 오크의 단맛이 단단한 균형을 이룬다. 피니시는 바닐라와 레몬의 여운이 길게 남으며 깔끔하게 마무리된다.
