향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
노즈에서는 1996년 증류된 23년 임페리얼에서 배럴 숙성이 만든 바닐라와 잘 익은 과수원 과일이 먼저 두드러진다. 지금은 사라진 스페이사이드 증류소답게 깔끔하면서도 깊이 있는 향이 명확하게 드러난다. 팰럿은 48.3도에서 꿀과 시트러스, 부드러운 오크가 균형 있게 발전한다. 피니시는 가벼운 향신료와 마른 오크로 단정하게 이어지며, 폐쇄 증류소 특유의 희소한 개성을 남긴다.
