오크 캐스크에서 11년을 보낸 숙성이 지금은 사라진 증류소 임페리얼의 단정한 풍미를 차분하게 담아냈다. 향에서는 잘 익은 배와 바닐라, 옅은 맥아 향이 부드럽게 올라온다. 46도의 도수로 입에서는 꿀과 시트러스, 가벼운 향신료의 단맛이 매끄럽게 흐른다. 옅은 금빛을 띠며, 여운에는 깔끔한 오크와 달큰한 보리의 끝맛이 잔잔히 이어진다.
