테이스팅 노트
잔을 천천히 돌리면 지금은 사라진 임페리얼 증류소의 원액이 맑은 금빛으로 흔들린다. 코를 가져가면 오크 캐스크에서 온 잘 익은 사과와 보리 단맛, 가벼운 바닐라가 올라온다. 한 모금 머금으면 53.8도가 또렷하게 퍼지며 꿀과 시트러스, 마른 풀 향이 번진다. 1995년 증류해 16년을 보낸 원액답게 깔끔하고 곧은 결이 또렷하다. 천천히 삼키면 보리와 가벼운 향신료가 입안에 오래 머문다.
