옅은 황금빛이 잔 안에서 맑게 빛난다. 지금은 사라진 임페리얼이 1995년부터 16년을 보낸 이 데일리 드램은 잘 익은 사과와 보리, 마른 풀의 향을 차례로 피워 올린다. 54.2도의 힘이 입안을 산뜻하게 채우며 바닐라와 꿀, 흰 후추가 부드럽게 퍼진다. 폐쇄된 증류소가 남긴 깔끔한 곡물 단맛이 길게 늘어지며 마무리된다.
