향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
맑은 구릿빛이 잔에 곱게 어린다. 스페이사이드 스트라스밀을 셰리 옥타브에서 마무리한 이 위스키는, 작은 통에서의 짧은 추가 숙성이 셰리의 단맛을 또렷하게 입혀 놓았다. 향에는 건포도와 캐러멜, 따뜻한 향신료가 곱게 솟아오른다. 한 모금에는 흑설탕과 구운 견과, 정향의 단맛이 매끄럽게 번지고, 54.8도의 도수가 풍미를 단단히 밀어 올린다. 본래의 가벼운 성격에 옥타브의 진한 단맛이 더해져 균형이 단단하며, 여운에는 마른 과일의 잔향이 길게 남는다.
