테이스팅 노트
키스 마을 아이라 강가에 자리한 스트라스밀은 가볍고 풀향 짙은 스페이사이드 스피릿을 빚는다. 셰리 옥타브로 마무리한 11년 숙성은 작은 캐스크의 영향으로 잔에서 짙은 호박빛을 드러낸다. 향은 건포도와 보리 단맛, 옅은 향신료가 어우러진다. 입에서는 토피와 말린 과일이 54도의 힘으로 또렷하게 흐른다. 짧은 셰리 마감이 가벼운 원주에 깊이를 더해, 여운은 단맛과 오크가 균형 있게 남는다.
