향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
옅은 금빛이 잔 안에 맑게 어린다. 버번 호그스헤드에서 25년을 보낸 스트라스밀답게 잘 익은 배와 멜론, 꿀의 산뜻한 향이 피어오른다. 그 뒤로 바닐라와 보리, 들꽃의 향이 따라온다. 51.9도의 도수가 한 모금마다 시트러스와 크림의 부드러움을 또렷하게 채운다. 1993년 빈티지의 긴 숙성이 빚어낸 깔끔하고 단정한 결이 깃들어 있다. 여운에는 꿀과 흰 후추의 산뜻한 단맛이 길게 이어진다.

a tad wackier than the Platinum this time, with a few burnt notes and perhaps a little shoe polish that's not obligatorily in its place. Otherwise grass and lemon peel with bitter leaves. Well, Strathmill is not that far from the sea, it's just at the vertical of Inchgower, just south of Glen Keith. 30 miles from the sea, perhaps? (so seven hours of driving, ha-ha)
