향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
노즈에서는 부싯돌과 백묵, 레몬이 가장 먼저 두드러지고 겐티아나를 연상시키는 쌉쌀함이 뒤따른다. 풀을 태운 듯한 연기 아래 약재 같은 인상이 명확하게 드러난다. 팰럿은 바닷물에 리몬첼로를 섞은 듯하고 니스의 뉘앙스가 살짝 스치며, 1990년 전후로 피트가 강해졌음을 짐작하게 하는 공격적인 스모크가 이어진다. 피니시는 길고 몹시 짜다. 19년의 숙성이 미네랄 구조를 더 또렷하게 만든다.
