테이스팅 노트
노즈에서는 레몬과 풀잎, 흰 꽃의 산뜻한 향이 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 세 번 증류로 유명한 로우랜드의 로즈뱅크 1991은 버번 배럴에서 온 가벼운 바닐라가 향을 정갈하게 받친다. 입에서는 43도의 도수가 깔끔하게 흐르며 시트러스와 보리 단맛, 옅은 허브가 또렷하게 발전한다. 섬세한 로우랜드 스타일답게 구조가 가볍고 균형이 단정하다. 피니시는 풀잎과 미네랄의 드라이한 여운이 짧지만 깨끗하게 마무리된다.

a little more like that, with some lemon indeed, lemongrass, grapefruits… But the ink and the clay are still there, not as complements (which can be great in whisky) but rather as main flavours, which is a little, well, difficult in my opinion. Saved by lemons
