향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
리필 셰리를 거쳤음에도 색은 화이트 와인처럼 옅어 잔 속에서 투명하게 빛난다. 향은 미네랄과 흙내음에서 출발해 젖은 해초로 이어지고, 물을 더하면 오랜 산책 끝의 축축한 양모 스웨터 같은 인상이 짙어진다. 1995년 증류액은 입에서 레몬 커드와 리몬첼로의 새콤함을 앞세우며 58.8도의 힘을 감춘다. 열세 해의 시간이 날을 곱게 갈아 놓았다. 여운은 길고 보리와 훈제 청어의 결을 남긴 뒤 짠맛으로 마무리된다.
