맑은 황금빛이 잔 속에서 산뜻하게 빛난다. 북아일랜드를 대표하는 부시밀스를 버번과 데킬라 캐스크에서 각각 길러 10년 숙성한 이 보틀링은 흔치 않은 조합의 향을 지닌다. 향에는 꿀과 시트러스 뒤로 데킬라가 남긴 풀내음과 후추의 기운이 비치고, 54.8도의 한 모금은 보리의 단맛과 가벼운 허브, 백후추로 입안을 채운다. 아이리시 특유의 매끄러운 결 위에 이국적인 풍미가 얹혀, 여운에는 단맛과 식물성 향이 깔끔하게 이어진다.

Having said that ,the background remains a tad syrupy and heavyish for me, even at +/-45% vol
