짙은 적호박빛이 잔 안에서 깊이 빛난다. 북아일랜드 부시밀스의 2008 빈티지가 올로로소와 버번 캐스크를 거쳐 벨기에 주펠 맥주 캐스크 피니시까지 더한 이 코즈웨이 컬렉션은 13년 안에 세 풍미를 응축한다. 코에서는 건포도, 옅은 맥주 효모, 잘 익은 오렌지, 옅은 가죽이 차례로 풀린다. 입안에서는 56.6도의 알코올 위로 셰리의 단맛과 맥주의 곡물성, 시나몬이 흐른다. 여운은 아일랜드의 독창적 캐릭터가 잔에 길게 머문다.
