테이스팅 노트
교토 외곽 야마자키 계곡의 안개 짙고 습한 풍토가 일본 위스키의 정수를 길러냈다. 1985년 증류해 18년을 넘긴 이 위스키는 깊은 호박빛을 띤다. 향에는 잘 익은 체리와 백단향, 말린 과일이 그윽하게 피어난다. 48도의 입안에서는 검은 과일과 키르슈, 향신료가 또렷이 흐른다. 18년의 여운에는 달콤한 과일과 그윽한 우드 향이 길게 남는다.
