짙은 적갈색이 잔에 잠겨 있다. 야마자키가 1990년에 증류돼 세컨드필 스패니시 오크 셰리 벗에서 18년을 보낸 뒤 더 캐스크 오브 야마자키 라인으로 60도의 카스크 스트렝스에 병입된 보틀이다. 향에는 마른 무화과, 미즈나라가 떠올리게 하는 향신료, 짙은 가죽이 차례로 떠오르며 일본 셰리의 깊은 단맛이 또렷이 깃들어 있다. 입에서는 향신료와 마른 과일이 묵직하게 흐른다. 여운에는 가죽과 마른 흙의 잔향이 길게 남는다.
