잔을 흔들면 짙은 호박빛이 두꺼운 자국을 남기며 벽을 타고 내려온다. 코를 가져가면 진한 초콜릿과 코코아, 볶은 커피 향이 앞서고 오래된 종이 상자 같은 냄새가 그 뒤에 붙는다. 한 모금을 머금으면 55.8도의 힘 사이로 설탕에 절인 과일과 귤, 익은 키위의 맛이 살아난다. 1975년 셰리 숙성의 이 보틀링은 삼킨 뒤 달고 마른 셰리의 기운이 묵직하게 남는다.

ah, again it’s a bit more nervous, on some notes of crystallised fruits, tangerine and even ripe kiwi. A rather nice sherry, even if the whole really lacks freshness. Old bottlings are not always better, that’s for sure, as I like the contemporary versions of this one better. 80 points .
