테이스팅 노트
노즈에서는 벤로막 2003의 보리 시리얼과 옅은 훈연이 함께 또렷하게 두드러진다. 퍼스트필 버번 배럴에서 22년을 보낸 만큼 바닐라와 꿀, 잘 익은 사과가 명확하게 발전한다. 55도의 입질에서는 꿀과 시트러스, 가벼운 그을음이 균형 있게 깔린다. 시간이 지날수록 은은한 스모크와 오크의 결이 천천히 드러난다. 벤로막다운 절제된 훈연이 구조감을 단단히 받치고, 피니시는 바닐라와 옅은 훈연이 길게 이어진다.

beautifully fruity, all lime and tangerine at first, then straight into green tea, green pepper, and a few fresh mushroom notes, which we always adore. The whole profile is highly distinctive, not a flavour combo you run into every day, especially once that olive oil note joins in just as swiftly. With water: careful now, don’t overdo it, it can nosedive. Guilty as charged
