테이스팅 노트
잔을 돌려 코를 가져가면 모과와 말린 대추, 그을음과 오래된 와인 저장고 냄새가 차례로 열린다. 물을 조금 섞으면 가죽과 흙, 스프링뱅크 특유의 옅은 고무가 또렷이 올라온다. 한 모금 머금으면 다소 거칠게 시작하지만 쓴 오렌지와 분필, 초콜릿이 곧 자리를 잡는다. 리필 버번 호그스헤드에서 27년을 보낸 이 술은 삼킨 뒤 쓴 감귤 껍질의 맛이 길게 남는다.
