해풍이 스며든 창고에서 24년을 보낸 이 스프링뱅크는 짠맛과 감칠맛이 앞서는 유형이다. 앰버빛 잔에서 미소된장과 초콜릿 소스, 하몽과 바닷물 냄새가 한꺼번에 밀려든다. 48.8도의 입안은 피노 셰리 같은 마른 짠맛과 굵은 후추, 진한 커피와 소금 감초로 빽빽하게 채워지고, 여운은 갈수록 더 짜게 길어진다.

it is not. Well, not quite. Crazy fino by crazy Andalusians, huge pepper, obscene coffees, saltiest liquorices, ueber-spicy spicy beef jerkies, tobacco juice… It is not that the spirit's too strong, it is not, but boy is this heavily concentrated, herbal, spicy and salty!
