테이스팅 노트
잔을 흔든 뒤 코를 가까이 하면 글렌 키스 특유의 풋풋한 풀 향과 청사과, 레몬이 산뜻하게 올라온다. 코를 더 묻으면 리필 버번 캐스크가 남긴 옅은 바닐라와 보리 단맛이 드러난다. 한 모금 머금으면 21년 숙성한 깔끔한 질감 위로 배와 시트러스, 가벼운 꿀이 번진다. 53도로 적당히 삼킨 뒤에는 상큼한 과일과 마른 풀 향이 혀끝에 길게 남는다.

With water: I like the way the texture became creamy, it's almost jam now. Was there some agar-agar thrown into the cask?
