테이스팅 노트
바닷가에 자리한 글렌글라사가 페드로 히메네스 호그스헤드에서 네 해를 보낸 위스키다. 짧은 숙성에도 PX 셰리가 잔에 짙은 갈색빛 호박을 드리운다. 향은 건포도와 대추야자, 흑설탕의 달콤함 위로 옅은 바다 내음이 감돈다. 50도의 기운을 머금으면 끈적한 단맛과 말린 과일, 가벼운 소금기가 어우러진다. 해안 증류소다운 짭조름함이 단맛을 잡아준다. 여운은 마른 과일과 바다의 잔향을 남긴다.

With water: fruit salad, melon, plums, less pepper now, a little maritime touch à la Laddie, white nougat and all-flower honey… All is well
