밀짚빛 술을 잔에서 오래 돌려도 향은 좀처럼 열리지 않는다. 코를 넣으면 곡물과 이스트 냄새가 먼저 나오고 바닐라 크림과 미라벨 잼, 뮤즐리 같은 고소함이 뒤늦게 따라온다. 한 모금 머금으면 57.3도의 술이 달고 힘있게 퍼지지만 곡물과 캐러멜, 사과주 같은 단맛에 머무는 편이다. 삼키면 리필 호그스헤드다운 담백한 여운이 짧게 남아 캐스크보다 증류액을 보는 술임을 알려준다.

Pippo told us: "Ma, I found three cases ove thatte olde Clinnelishe in an old oenoteca in Sicilia last summer. It ise now closed ande the ownere disappeared but I amme very happy, I wanted to keep alle bottles butte I am not a collectore so I decided to selle one bottiglia to whiskey lovers.
