향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
30년을 채운 1994년 원액이지만 향은 오크보다 뿌리채소 쪽으로 먼저 기운다. 당근과 겐티아나, 파스닙의 흙내가 또렷하고 구두약과 만다린, 젖은 분필이 뒤를 잇는다. 팰럿은 45.5도에서도 날이 서 있어 후추와 레몬, 백악질 미네랄이 명확하게 드러나며 짠맛이 계속 커진다. 만사니야 셰리를 증류한 듯한 건조한 짠맛이 이 보틀링의 성격을 규정한다. 피니시는 길고 곧게 뻗으며 풋고추의 뉘앙스로 마무리된다.
