두 번째로 채운 셰리 버트는 단맛보다 향신료의 결을 남긴다. 1991년 원액을 11년 담은 이 한정 보틀링에서는 코코넛과 세이지, 로즈메리가 빵 껍질과 잘 익은 바나나 위에 얹히고 말린 버섯과 낡은 책의 냄새가 뒤섞인다. 입은 마른 나무와 감초, 토피로 시작해 육두구와 말린 무화과로 넘어간다. 짭조름한 여운이 코코넛과 함께 이어진다.
