테이스팅 노트
노즈에서는 23년의 숙성이 만든 잘 익은 과일과 꿀, 맥아 단맛이 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 45.8도로 낮춰 병입돼 팰럿은 부드럽게 둥글며 사과와 배, 바닐라, 가벼운 향신료가 차례로 발전한다. 딘스톤을 바탕으로 한 이 보틀링은 오랜 숙성이 거친 가장자리를 매끄럽게 다듬었고, 피니시는 폴리시드 우드와 마른 보리가 길게 이어진다. 미도우사이드가 병입한 이 몰트는 원숙한 균형감이 핵심이다.

Not very complex, but it’s honest and straightforward, which is always appreciated
